Order Information

To order, please email us at saychise@gmail.com using the following format:

We will send you an invoice (with a reference number as the subject title) once we received your order. Please allow 1-2 working days for us to reply to your order.

We will advise you on the postage amount in the invoice.

Payment Mode

Upon receiving the invoice, kindly make payment within 24 hours. Say-chise accepts payment in the following modes :

- POSB/DBS and UOB ibanking transfers only
- We DO NOT accept Interbank transfers.

After payment is made, please reply to our invoice using the following format:

Delivery Information

You can either opt for mass meet-up or normal/registered mail.

Mass meet-up

We understand your excitement in laying your hands on your cool gadgets! Hence, Say-chise will do 1 mass meet-up for every spree in Central area!

Normal / Registered Mail

Alternatively, you may wish to opt for normal/registered mail*. We will send out the items within 2 working days upon receiving from our supplier.

As we are not liable for lost mails and the gadget is a fragile item, only registered mail will be provided for camera body.

For films only order, normal mail applies!

*Registered Mail

We will provide the Registered Article Number (RA no.) after mailing so that you can track the status and arrival of the item.

Terms and Conditions

1. We do not entertain negotiations nor trades/swaps.
2. Orders will only be taken in after payments are made and verified.
3. All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable unless found to be manufacturing defects.
4. Should there be manufacturing defects, please email us with clear description/picture of defects within 14 days upon receival.
